By purchasing a pre-purchased photography package from Barden Photographic, you agree to the following terms.

1. Package Inclusions

Pre-purchased packages provide unlimited high-resolution digital downloads of available, edited photographs featuring the nominated horse and rider combinations at the selected event.

Packages are available as follows:

• Individual Rider ($25): One rider and one horse.

• Multi-Horse Rider ($35): One rider competing on up to three horses.

• Family Package ($45): Up to four riders from the same immediate family, including their nominated horses.

Each package applies to one event only.

2. Photography Coverage

Barden Photographic will make reasonable efforts to photograph nominated combinations during the event.

Photography is subject to competition schedules, weather conditions, venue access and other operational circumstances.

Purchasing a package does not guarantee photography of every round, class or movement, or a minimum number of images.

3. Selecting & Receiving Your Photos

Once the completed event gallery is published, customers can browse the gallery and mark as many photographs of their nominated combinations as they wish using the favourites feature.

Once selections are submitted, Barden Photographic will prepare the selected images for high-resolution digital download at no additional charge.

Selections must be submitted within 30 days of gallery publication unless otherwise arranged.

4. Withdrawals, Refunds & Transfers

We understand that horses and riders don't always make it to competition!

If your nominated horse or rider withdraws before competing and your entire package remains unused, you may choose either:

• A full refund of the purchase price; or

• A transfer of your package to another event photographed by Barden Photographic within 12 months of the original event date.

Transfers are subject to event availability. Any difference in package pricing may apply.

For multi-horse and family packages where only some nominated combinations withdraw, please contact Barden Photographic to discuss your circumstances.

These voluntary withdrawal options do not limit your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

5. Pre-Purchase Deadline

Packages must be purchased before competition commences at the nominated event.

Online purchases are accepted until the commencement of competition, and cash or card payments may be made in person before the first round begins.

After competition commences, standard gallery pricing applies.

6. Image Usage & Copyright

Purchased photographs are supplied for personal, non-commercial use, including personal social media sharing.

Copyright remains with Barden Photographic.

Images may not be sold, licensed or used for commercial advertising or promotional purposes without prior written permission.

7. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies available under Australian Consumer Law.
